NURS 243 - Licensure Preparation

1 hr (Sem II)
This course will review concepts required for licensure examination and entry into the practice of registered nursing. Includes application of the National Council Licensure Examination for  (NCLEX-RN) test plan, assessment of knowledge deficits, and development of an individual study plan based on results of standardized exams. The student will apply knowledge, skills and understanding of critical concepts required for entry into practice. 1 lecture hour.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of B- or better in NURS 210  and NURS 220 ; and a grade of C or better in BIOL 208 /BIOL 208L  and ENGL 102 . Corequisite(s): NURS 234 , NURS 235 , and NURS 242 .
