Surveying Technology 8510, A.S. Career/Tech

A Two-Year Program Leading to the A.S. Degree

Surveying technologists may be employed in various capacities by consulting engineers, contractors, public utility companies, petroleum and coal industries, land surveyors, highway commissions, and various governmental agencies. With appropriate education, work experience, and successful completion of the state and national exam, the status of Professional Surveyor may be achieved.

Program Enrichment Courses

To meet Indiana’s minimum level of education required to be eligible for professional licensing as a surveyor (865 IAC 1-2-1), the following classes must also be taken:
