CIMT 296 - Advanced Manufacturing Capstone

4 hrs (Sem II)
This course will provide students the integration skills needed for automated equipment.  This course will require students to complete a project involving automation, integration, and controls.  Students will give weekly updates of the project by oral presentation along with providing supporting documentation.  Project content will represent several areas of study from all courses previously taken in the AMAT program (CIMT).  The course will utilize practical experience that is used in the integration and control of automated equipment.  After completion of the capstone course students will be prepared for controls and integration projects.   1 lecture hour, 5 laboratory hours.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in CIMT 245  and CIMT 275 .
