MUSP 213 - Piano Elective
2 hrs (Sem I, II)
Private Music Lesson. This course includes the study of functional piano skills such as scales, triads and seventh chords, harmonization, transposition, improvisation, and sight-reading. Repertoire, harmony, and technique studies at the appropriate level will also be covered. MUSP 213 will be accepted by the Music Department as course substitutions for MUSI 104 and MUSI 105 . This course can be repeated for credit with approval from the Music Department chair. 1 private music lesson hour per week.
