PHED 205 - Practicum in Kinesiology and Sport

1 hr (Sem II)
Provides students with practical experience in kinesiology-related fields.  Students have the opportunity to observe and assist the day to day facility operations within the Student Recreation Center. The practicum will be supervised by the Physical Education Department chair or designee, and Student Recreation Center personnel.   This course must be repeated once in the Kinesiology and Sport, Sports Management Concentration 3101 and Wellness and Exercise Concentration 3102.  A minimum of 45 practicum hours is required.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in PHED 150 ; and students must qualify for ENGL 010  or ENGL 079 .
