A Two-Year Program Leading to the A.S. Degree
This program directly addresses state and regional workforce needs by preparing graduates for careers in radio, television, and digital media production. Students gain extensive work-based learning through Vincennes University’s fully operational public media outlets, WVUB (Blazer 91.1 FM) and WVUT-TV (Vincennes PBS). These provide real-world experience in live production, automation systems, and multimedia storytelling, ensuring that graduates enter the workforce with practical, industry-level skills.

Major Program Requirements
All required broadcasting courses must be successfully completed with a grade of C or better. Students may register for 200-level Broadcasting courses only if all 100-level Broadcasting courses have been completed, or are in the process of completion, or by departmental approval.
