A Certificate of Graduation

The Transfer Certificate is designed specifically for students wanting to complete their general education requirements at Vincennes University. It gives students the opportunity to prepare academically, build social skills critical to college success, and explore a specific program of study. Completion of this certificate represents the concurrent completion of the Statewide Transfer General Education Core. This core will transfer to all state public institutions of higher learning to meet the general education requirements of the receiving institution.
To note: Successful completion of the Statewide Transfer General Education Core requirements is not a guarantee of admission to a particular state educational institution. The Statewide Transfer General Education Core does not add to, subtract from, or change any requirements for a major. Students need to work closely with an advisor to determine what relationship, if any, exists between requirements for general education and requirements for a specific major.
