BCST 285 - Internship in Broadcasting
3 hrs (Sem I, II, Summer)
This course immerses students in the professional environment of the broadcast industry, providing practical experience as members of broadcast organizations. Through active participation and task execution in controlled broadcast settings, students will gain an in-depth understanding and appreciation of standard industry practices. The course fosters critical reflection on the roles, responsibilities, and operations within broadcast organizations, while emphasizing the importance of specialized areas such as radio, television, film, or digital media. 135 internship hours.
Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in BCST 206 .
