ASLG 250 - Introduction to Interpreting

3 hrs (Sem I, II)
This course provides an overview of the field of ASL/English interpreting. Emphasis is on exploring a progression of philosophical frames in the development of the profession, exploring models of interpreting process, and identifying requisite responsibilities, skills, and aptitudes for interpreters.  3 class hours.
