MUSP 211 - Piano Elective
1 hr (Sem I, II)
Private Music Lesson. This course includes the study of functional piano skills such as scales, triads and seventh chords, harmonization, transposition, improvisation, and sight-reading. Repertoire, harmony, and technique studies at the appropriate level will also be covered. MUSP 211 will be accepted by the Music Department as course substitutions for MUSI 104 - Beginning Piano Class and MUSI 105 - Intermediate Piano Class . There is a lab fee for this course. This course can be repeated for credit with approval from the Music Department chair. 1 private music lesson hour.
