DESL 290 - Automated and Mechanical Controls
2 hrs (Sem II)
Students will understand and identify the differences between automatic and manual transfer switches, their main components, input and output circuits and controls, monitoring and sensing parameters, and the controlling of power to and from the power generation unit to the utility source. 2 lecture hours.
Prerequisite(s): A grade of B or better in DESL 121 and DESL 121L . Corequisite(s): DESL 290L
