PHRM 110 - Dispensing Lab I
2 hrs (Sem I)
This hands-on course allows practical exercises in a simulated community and hospital pharmacy settings before actual on-site experiential training. Students will see computerized applications of prescription data entry, record keeping, and hands-on experience with drug distribution systems. The students will learn both administrative and clinical procedures such as filling prescriptions and compounding medications. 6 laboratory hours.
