NURS 475 - Nursing Leadership and Management

4 hrs (Sem I, II)
This course is designed to develop the student’s leadership skills. Course content includes leadership characteristics, conflict resolution, communication techniques, and the nurse’s role as a leader in healthcare delivery. Requirement for this course is an active registered nurse or practical nurse license.  4 lecture hours.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the RN to BSN Completion Program or LPN to BSN Completion Program.
