DESL 280 - Advanced Power Generation

3 hrs (Sem II)
Students will explore the principles of power generation and develop a strong understanding of generator controllers, human interface subsystems, operator and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) menu systems navigation, and configuring generator applications configuration, all while reinforcing safety rules and regulations as they relate to power generation. 3 lecture hours.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of B or better in DESL 121  and DESL 121L .  Corequisite(s): DESL 280L
