DESL 261 - Preventive and Planned Maintenance

2 hrs (Sem I)
Students will be able to identify the differences between preventive maintenance and planned maintenance, reinforcement of electrical safety, and load banking testing. Students will acquire an understanding of standby power generation maintenance and the critical role it plays within the medical facilities, businesses, and industry in case of an emergency or loss of power. 2 lecture hours.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of B or better in DESL 121  and DESL 121L .  Corequisite(s): DESL 261L
