SURV 310 - Supervising Survey Projects

3 hrs (Sem I, II)
Students enrolled in this course act as Party Chiefs supervising survey projects being performed by surveying students in certificate or associate degree level courses. Performing under the direct supervision of the course instructors, the student will direct the field crews, troubleshoot data acquisition, and check off on calculations and drawings. Students will develop a portfolio documenting the results of their supervision and its effect on the projects they supervised. 3 class hours.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of the Surveying Technology 8510, A.S. Career/Tech  degree.
