AFLT 291 - Aviation Law and Regulations

3 hrs (Sem I, II)
The course will cover the basic legal framework of aviation law including international treaties, federal statutes and regulations, state and federal tort law and the regulatory process. Related topics will include aviation insurance, airport land use, aircraft ownership, and aviation regulations. 3 lecture hours.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in AFLT 100 .
