NURS 360 - Introduction to Nursing Research

3 hrs (Sem I, II)
This course will introduce to the student the theoretical and research bases on which nursing is built. Students will select a research problem and complete a literature review utilizing information informatics. Ethical issues as they relate to research, theory and practice will be discussed as well as the importance for the professional nurse to review current nursing research to maintain currency of practice. 3 class hours.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in MATH 110  or HSGN 311 .
