EDUC 350 - Evaluation and Exceptionality: Curriculum and Assessment

3 hrs (Sem II)
This course will present an overview of the evaluation of students with special needs with emphasis on the use of formal and informal assessment instruments. Students will administer assessment instruments and use the data obtained to develop an Individualized Education Program (IEP) for a student with a mild disability. Additional types of informal assessments also will be described. 3 lecture hours.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to Teacher Education Program.
